It is more than a decade the law on Prevention of sexual harassment of women at work place was enacted as an able and potential tool to reduce or remove the shackles on working women . 

But in reality, but for large organisations in India , most of the other work places were women and men work or come in to contact ,were the awareness of PoSH Act is seldom provided to the employees and the advantage of better work environment for women is prevented or avoided by the management.
